Designed and built enterprise software tool designed to intelligently enterprise contracts an proposals. The tool suggested the replacement of certain key words or phrases that would potentially put the firm at risk contractually and subsequently financially.
Strategic Team member of a 8 member team design to over see a 150 million dollar, 5 year project, for the state of Pennsylvania. Responsibilities were to review architectural and database design documents to make sure that overall design met the state requirements. Oversaw an operational review and assessment of a state government's information technology function, and delivered a strategic technology plan for future use of the system.
